What happens when I buy online?

1. Payment

Grab a basket full of toys then pay using PayFast, or you are welcome to do an internet bank transfer. You’ll find further information during checkout in the payment section.

2. Confirmation

After you’ve made a payment we’ll show you a confirmation on-screen then send you a confirmation email.

If you don’t receive an email within 24 hours have a peek in your junk box as they can sometimes end up there. If you still can’t find it, please contact us on 073 852 3581.

3. Delivery

  • Click and Collect – you can pick up your order from Young at Heart in as little as 60 minutes during trading hours (click here to see our trading hours and where to find us).
  • Home delivery – we can deliver to a home or work address.

As soon as your order is dispatched, we’ll send you an email to let you know it’s on its way. Click here for more information on our delivery policies.

4. Returns

Changed your mind? You can return anything you buy online within 28 days – find out how on our returns page.

5. Review

We welcome feedback and invite all of our customers to rate and review their purchases.
