For stock on hand, delivery will be within 24 hours (if order is placed during trading hours) to Waterfall City (Midrand, Gauteng), Sunninghill, Kyalami and Woodmead. Delivery is free to these areas, regardless of the total order value. Choose delivery option of collection and, in the “Special Instructions” box, make a note saying this is for delivery to one of these areas.
Delivery is free for all orders over R700 to main centres in South Africa, and orders less than R700 will incur a delivery charge of R85.
Orders to be delivered to outlying areas, larger orders, urgent express orders, or heavier packages may incur an extra delivery charge. Email us at email@example.com to find out more about this.
Click and Collect
Pay online and pick up your order from our store.
- If an item’s already in store, it will be ready to collect in 60 minutes during normal trading hours.
How do I know if something’s available for collection?
- Collection is available for most toys that our website shows as “in stock”.
How do I collect my order?
- If an item’s already in store – we’ll email you as soon as it’s ready to collect (in as little at 60 minutes).
To collect your order you’ll need:
- Your confirmation email or
- Your order number
- If someone else collects your order, please supply their full name, and they’ll need their ID, plus the confirmation email or the order number.
How long will the store hold my order for?
The store will hold your Click and Collect order for 90 days. After this time, your order may be cancelled.
Can I track my order?
Yes, all our parcels are sent with a trackable courier service. Please contact our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org for your tracking number.
What if my order hasn’t been delivered?
If you are concerned about the whereabouts of your order please call 073 852 3581 or send an e-mail to email@example.com and we will be happy to help.
Can I place one order but have the items delivered to multiple addresses?
Sorry but we’re only able to accept one delivery address per order and so cannot deliver to multiple addresses. However you are welcome to place the orders separately. A delivery fee may then apply to each order.
I’m having problems with the delivery company, can you help?
We hope that your delivery will go smoothly. However, if you do encounter any problems, please do call us straight away so that we can help resolve things for you
Will I have to sign for my delivery?
For security reasons, the driver will require a signature. However, you are welcome to let us know who we can contact at the delivery address to sign and accept your order, should you expect you will not be available.
Can I give special delivery instructions?
Yes. If your order has special delivery instructions, please ensure these are noted in our “Special Instructions” box of the delivery address page.
